International Yoga Day, serves as a reminder for us, to always prioritise our physical and mental well-being, like we did at the Mahindra Group.
For the last 8-weeks our colleague and certified yoga instructor Snehal Naik, Manager – CSR, conducted weekly yoga sessions for our employees. The sessions held online every Saturday were a huge success, with employees across departments and the city logging in early mornings for their weekly lessons in pranayamas and aasanas.
Our two-month long fitness journey culminated last week on Friday, June 21, with an on-ground session at the Mahindra Towers, Worli office. Over 50+ colleagues joined us for the hour-long session, which included suryanamaskars, meditation techniques and conversation on health and fitness.
Taking into cognisance the success and interest among our employees, we also launched the fitness club so that our employees can find like-minded fitness enthusiasts and continue their journey to good health in body and mind.
