MLL launches Livelihoods on Wheels initiative

Mahindra Logistics launched the Livelihood on Wheels initiative to enhance mobility and employment for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). The project kicked off at our Mumbai Head Office, with MD & CEO Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan, the CLT team, NeoMotion CEO Mr. Swostik Sourav Dash and the participation of 250+ MLL employees from HO. This initiative promotes mobility independence, financial freedom, and inclusive employment, driving real change—one life at a time.

Under this initiative, two beneficiaries from underprivileged communities received NeoBolt-powered electric wheelchairs at our Kolkata Regional Office, enabling them to work as last-mile delivery executives.
