Mahindra Last Mile Mobility felicitates its latest batch
Mahindra Last Mile Mobility along with Ma Foi foundation, an NGO, started skill development training for the underprivileged youth in Bengaluru. Currently, the urban as well as semi-urban areas are covered under this project starting January 2024. In the latest batch, more than 350 students benefitted from this project and many of them have also been placed. The rest are undergoing on-job-training.

Interestingly 90% of the students in their training programme are women. Many victims of child marriage or child labour, the course trains women work as sewing machine operators, data entry, general duty assistance, office administration and associate F&A. The training has made these women more confident and self-reliant and are thankful to Mahindra for the opportunity.
