Aernnova & Mahindra Aerostructures strengthen partnership
Aernnova Aerospace, SAU & Mahindra Aerostructures Pvt. Ltd (MASPL) have announced a multi-year contract valued at approximately $300 million for MASPL to manufacture metal sub-assemblies and components for a range of Airbus aircraft and also for Embraer aircraft families (including the Embraer C390 Millennium military transport aircraft). The contract covers the supply to several Aernnova sites in Spain, the UK, Portugal and Brazil, further strengthening a collaboration that began in 2013.
Mahindra Auto sells 52,431 SUVs, a 21% growth
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd announced that its overall auto sales for the month of May 2025 stood at 84,110 vehicles, a growth of 17%, including exports. In the Utility Vehicles segment, Mahindra sold 52,431 vehicles in the domestic market, a growth of 21% and overall, 54,819 vehicles, including exports. The domestic sales for Commercial Vehicles stood at 21,392.

Mahindra EPC enables savings of 262 Crore Litres of water
Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited, a pioneer in micro irrigation in India, has enabled savings of an estimated 262 crore litres of water and 8.4 MU (million units) of energy in FY’25. With a commitment to land restoration and drought resilience, Mahindra EPC achieved this feat through its customised micro irrigation systems, community irrigation and agricultural water management projects. This achievement is an outcome of Mahindra EPC's broader effort to "Do More with Less" and "Rejuvenating Nature".
Mahindra Powerol announced as India’s No.1 Genset Manufacturer in FY25
Mahindra‘s Powerol Division, a part of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., has been recognised as India’s leading diesel genset manufacturer in FY25. As per the latest DG Tracker report by Frost & Sullivan, Mahindra Powerol secured the No. 1 position by volume in the Indian genset market with a 23.8% share, overtaking the long-standing market leader.
