Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. announced that its overall auto sales for the month of June 2025 stood at 78,969 vehicles, a growth of 14%, including exports. One of the most recognised nameplates in the SCV sub-2 ton category, the Mahindra Jeeto, has made it to the India Book of Records. The Mahindra Jeeto Strong CNG covered 5505km, traversing 7 states and 14 cities in 10 days, a no mean feat for a mono-fuel (runs only on CNG) vehicle. This demonstrated the vehicle’s superior fuel economy, reliability and resilience. It also shatters the myth that a CNG SCV can only be used for intra-city goods delivery. The vehicle was piloted by 91Trucks, a renowned aggregator and media house.
