956 degrees conferred at Mahindra University’s 4th Annual Convocation
Mahindra University celebrated its fourth annual convocation at its campus in Bahadurpally, Hyderabad. The event marked a significant milestone for 943 students from across engineering, management, law, and education schools along with 13 PhD scholars in the presence of parents, faculty and guests. Mr G V Prasad, Co-Chairman and Managing Director, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories was the Chief Guest at the convocation. Mr Anand Mahindra, Chancellor, Mahindra University presided over the ceremony in the presence of Mr Mohit Joshi, Member, Board of Management, Mahindra University, and CEO & MD, Tech Mahindra and Dr Yajulu Medury, Vice Chancellor, Mahindra University and other faculty members.
M&M completes acquisition of 58.96% controlling stake in SML Isuzu
Pursuant to the share purchase agreements dated 26th April 2025, M&M Ltd., has acquired 58.96% stake in SML Isuzu Ltd. (SML) from Sumitomo Corporation, Japan and Isuzu Motors Limited, Japan. As part of the transaction, M&M would also launch a mandatory open offer for acquisition of up to 26% stake from eligible public shareholders of SML in accordance with the SEBI Takeover Regulations. Mahindra Auto and Farm July sales update
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. announced that its overall auto sales for the month of July 2025 stood at 83,691 vehicles, a growth of 26%, including exports. In the Utility Vehicles segment, Mahindra sold 49,871 vehicles in the domestic market, a growth of 20% and overall, 50,835 vehicles, including exports. The domestic sales for Commercial Vehicles stood at 21,571.
Also, Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Business sells 26,990 tactor units in India during July 2025

The award was handed by Shri Jagdeep Dhankar, former Vice President of India.

Avinash Rao appointed as MD & CEO of Mahindra Susten
