The winner of Mahindra Rise Challenge’s National Finals has been announced!

In a thrilling finale, held at the Mahindra Towers, Worli, Mihir Ranjan was declared a winner of the Mahindra Rise Challenge (MRC), securing not only the title but also driving off with a brand-new Mahindra Thar. The Mahindra Rise Challenge, a platform designed to foster innovation and strategic thinking among budding business leaders, witnessed intense competition from top-tier MBA campuses including IIM A, IIM B, and SPJIMR.

The challenge, launched earlier in the year, tasked participants with identifying growth opportunities within Mahindra Group's businesses. Applicants underwent a rigorous selection process, screened by the GSO panel, submitting one-page solutions along with their CVs, followed by in-person presentations during the campus rounds. The top 10 finalists, selected from across the campuses, showcased their execution plans at the National Finals.

The esteemed jury panel, comprising Anish Shah (Group CEO and MD), Rajesh Jejurikar (Executive Director and CEO, Auto and Farm Sectors), Mohit Kapoor (Executive Vice President - Group Technology), Amarjyoti Barua (Executive Vice President - Group Strategy), Raul Rebello (MD and CEO (Designate), Mahindra Finance), Asha Kharga (Executive Vice President - Group Customer and Brand), and Ruzbeh Irani (President, Group HR), lent their expertise and insights throughout the competition.

What makes MRC stand out is its commitment to nurturing young talent. By delving into real-world business challenges, participants gain invaluable experience and insight, preparing them for future leadership roles within the Mahindra Group. Moreover, all 10 finalists secured pre-placement interviews (PPI) for the Mahindra Leader’s Programme (MLP), offering them the opportunity to kick-start their careers with Mahindra.

The National Finals provided a unique platform for finalists to interact with and present to the senior leadership team of the Mahindra Group, further amplifying their learning experience.
