In its 3rd edition, the Mahindra Volunteering Day saw a 206% rise in volunteers and a 245% rice in person-hours. Here are some snapshots from the day.

Mahindra Volunteering Day is observed on December 5, every year and is a day where we come together to support meaningful causes and bring our core purpose of Rise to life. The ESOPS programme enables each of us to dedicate our time and skills to impactful initiatives.

Since 2005, our associates have contributed over 4.88 million hours, a powerful testament to the dedication within our Mahindra family.

On December 5, 2024 we observed the 3rd edition of Mahindra Volunteering Day and the highlights are:

• A 206% increase in the number of volunteers
• A 245% increase in person-hours contributed
