The start of a new fiscal year is a wonderful time to carry forward the positive balances from the previous year. As we begin 2025, we are filled with a sense of hope and enthusiasm – buoyed by a raft of favourable business-related outcomes last year.

2024 was a year of capital gains for us. It was a year well spent – with all our businesses delivering a high level of performance and creating a lot of value for all our stakeholders. We had a range of new offerings [products and services] this year – nearly all of which were designed to meet the highest standards set by our customers. We persisted in our efforts to drive positive change in the lives of our communities, nurtured our ever-deepening talent pool, connected with people beyond our four walls through the medium of art and culture and showed the way ahead by becoming a fount of insights, thought leadership and cutting-edge innovation. It was also a year of recognition – with many laurels and accolades coming our way. Lastly, our biggest accomplishment is that we continue to enjoy the trust of our customers and the confidence of all other stakeholders.

Let us take one final look in the rear-view mirror before we embrace the opportunities of the present and focus on the glorious horizon that lies ahead of us.
