Rampraveen Swaminathan on FY25 business outlook
During the live interaction with CNBC-TV18, Mahindra Logistics’ MD & CEO, Rampraveen Swaminathan, highlighted several key points. The fourth quarter demonstrated robust performance with a notable 14% year-on-year revenue growth, excluding exceptional items, reflecting positive earnings. The core business of 3PL contract logistics remained stable, while the Express Business, particularly Rivigo, exhibited significant improvement with a 13% reduction in losses. There is a target to achieve break-even EBITDA by the first half of the fiscal year. Looking ahead to FY25, MLL aims to maintain the growth momentum in the mobility business, sustain historical double-digit growth in the SC business, and remain optimistic about the auto and e-commerce sectors. Lenovo and Pininfarina team to design F1 Grand Prix 2024 trophy
The overall design of the trophy adopts a circular shape, inspired by the Chinese’s pursuit of ‘perfection’, and reflects the driver’s spirit of unremitting pursuit of perfection and victory on the track. This year coincides with the Year of the Dragon in China, and Lenovo has incorporated dragon elements into the trophy design. The trophy has a built-in sensor, and when the winning driver raises it over the head or wears it around the neck, the trophy lights up in a pattern called ‘Chase a loop’, symbolising the speed of the F1 car on the track. Mahindra Racing resilient despite character-building trip to Misano
Despite technical issues affecting practice, Edoardo Mortara's race ended early due to a fault, while Nyck de Vries climbed from P19 to P14. Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML) recently unveiled its latest e-auto offering. MLMML has now incorporated a metal body to its highly popular product, the Treo Plus. Competitively priced at ₹ 3.58 Lakh, ex-showroom, it maintains remarkable specifications, including a 10.24 kWh battery capacity, 8 kW power with 42 Nm torque, and an impressive driving range of more than 150 km on a single charge.
