Oh Wow! Moments

As the museum opens its doors exclusively for Mahindra employees, let’s take a closer look at what some of them have to say.

Tech Mahindra – Sales Trainees Group

“The warm welcome from our Chairman, Anand Mahindra, at the entrance was enriching. The highlight was the simulation experience of driving a Formula E car. The museum uses storytelling in an artistic way instead of the conventional way of showcasing history.” Abhilash

“I loved the elegant entrance followed by a quick introduction by Shubha at the amphitheatre. The artistic efforts and the attention to detail that went into the artworks are wonderful. My favourite object is the artwork done by chalk piece. I also loved the open layout of the amphitheatre.” Dikshita

“Being welcomed into the ‘future’ by the Mahindra Group Chairman in his recorded voice and a glimpse of the Group’s rich legacy instilled a feeling of pride. We had a truly memorable experience witnessing the various objects in the museum.” Kaustubh

“In the brief time spent exploring the museum, the objects surely highlight the core pillars of the Group. I would love to see some more letters, recordings, texts or things that have been part of the legacy of our founding fathers. Wishing you and your team a grand success.” Smitakshi Ghosh

Corporate HR

“The museum looks futuristic, as it projects the Mahindra brand, which believes in setting new boundaries and accepting no limits. It was heartening to see many of the Mahindra Partner companies showcased at the museum, including Mahindra Susten, clean-tech, CERO, and waste-to-energy.

The best part was the simulated experience of sitting in and actually driving the racing car.

I would also like to request to increase the time for transitioning screens for a second or two, as some of the passages in heritage films are a bit long, and the viewer then needs to go back to read them again. I loved the storytelling approach with pictures and voiceover as it brought the incidents and experiences to life. And at the end of the story, the picture of the actual person who achieved it was indeed wonderful. I look forward to coming back with friends and family. Shernaz Kapadia

Corporate IT

“I feel so privileged to be one of the first few visitors to the Mahindra museum. Just walking through the museum gives you the feeling of being in another world.

I had heard about the Mahindra museum, but what I saw goes far beyond my expectations, and I admire the hard work and effort put in by all the teams.

As an employee, when one goes through the museum, one learns a lot about the Group, the company we work for, and it helps us understand better the history of the company and all that it stands for. For visitors, it would help them understand the different businesses and the Mahindra culture.

All in all, the Mahindra museum has a very classy feel. Proud to be a part of the Mahindra family. I am glad it will be open to all our family and friends, who can also share this wonderful piece of art and technology.” Sherry Baptista
