Arvind Subramanian, Managing Director and CEO, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.
Arvind joined Mahindra Lifespaces in 2018 as CEO of Mahindra Happinest, the affordable housing business. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Asha Kharga, Chief Customer and Brand Officer
With 23 years of experience, Asha is responsible for stewarding the Corporate Brand. This includes overseeing the Strategic Digital Intelligence Cell, which facilitates strategic insighting and enables proactive steps based on social media listening. She leads the One Mahindra initiative to leverage the common customer database. M2All, Innovation, CaPS and Mahindra Racing are also a part of her portfolio.
Mohit Kapoor, Executive Vice President and Group Chief Technology Officer
Mohit joined the Mahindra Group in October 2020. He is responsible for driving the Group’s ambitious digital transformation agenda. Mohit is an electronics engineer with advanced management and leadership certification from Cornell and Georgia Tech.
Naveen Raju, General Counsel and Executive Vice President, Group Legal Services
Naveen leads the in-house legal team that secures and defends the Group’s assets and reputation, and provides assurance on legal and regulatory compliance in its business operations across the globe. He has been listed in ‘The Legal 500 GC Powerlist: India 2018’ and the Chambers & Partners listing of ‘GC Influencers’ in 2019. Naveen graduated from the National Law School, Bangalore.
Parag Shah, Executive Vice President
In a career spanning over 20 years, Parag has held various positions with the Mahindra Group. He has extensive experience in building new businesses, startups, turnarounds, joint ventures and mergers and acquisition. Parag holds a BS Degree in Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology with special electives in Psychology and Manufacturing Technology. He is also a graduate of the General Management Program from Harvard Business School.
Velusamy R, Chief of Global Product Development – Automotive Division
With over 25 years of experience in Vehicle and Powertrain development, Velusamy is credited as the brain behind the Mahindra state-of-the-art MHawk engines. Under his leadership in Product Development, M&M launched various flagship products like Marazzo, XUV300, All New Thar and the recent XUV700. He has completed the Advance Management Program at Wharton Business School and Mahindra Universe program at Harvard University.
Rajeshwar Tripathi, Chief Human Resources Officer, Auto and Farm Sector
He brings with him rich HR expertise through a pragmatic blend of strategy and execution. In his current role, Rajeshwar is responsible for leading the Human Resource function for all the businesses in the two sectors, globally. Driven by the purpose of enhancing the last-mile delivery of HR, Rajeshwar has envisaged and led the conceptualisation and execution of one of the largest HR Shared Services in the manufacturing sector in the country.
Rampraveen Swaminathan, MD and CEO of Mahindra Logistics Limited.
Rampraveen has over two decades of relevant industry experience spanning Automotive, Paper and the Energy sectors. He volunteers his time for the cause of education and is on the Advisory Board of WWF–India.
Veejay Nakra, Chief Executive Officer, Automotive Division
Veejay has held various strategic positions over the past 25 years at M&M. He was a part of the core team that developed and launched the Scorpio. After establishing the Scorpio, as its first brand manager, he was responsible for Mahindra’s international business in Sub Sahara Africa region as CEO, Mahindra South Africa. On his return to India, Veejay held the National Sales Head - Automotive Division position, which was followed by a stint as Head-Sales and After-Sales. His last role was that of Chief-Sales and Marketing Officer of the Auto Division. Veejay is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, Manipal, and a PGDBA in Marketing from NMIMS, Mumbai.
Vinod Sahay, Chief Purchase Officer, Auto and Farm Sector
Vinod joined Mahindra in 2015 as the COO of Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited and was elevated as CEO in 2016. In his current role, he leads the Spares Business Unit. Prior to this, he was CEO of Mahindra Trucks and Buses Division and Mahindra Construction Equipment Division, where he played a key role in strategising and executing business turnaround in terms of profitability, volume and market share growth. He is a Fulbright CII Fellowship Scholar from Institute of International Education – New York / Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA.
