Tech Mahindra tweaks Logo

On 28th March 2020, Tech Mahindra unveiled its modified logo, boxing the ‘e’ inside the icon of a home. This temporary tweak is in line with Tech Mahindra’s commitment to ensuring the well-being of its associates, clients and customers.

Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering services and solutions, made this temporary change to its logo to convey its solidarity with the global battle against the Covid-19.

“At Tech Mahindra, we have always prided ourselves in our ability to be adaptable,” said CP Gurnani, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. “This logo tweak is reflective of our agility in adjusting to a global crisis, while delivering a refreshingly positive message in this critical time.”

The tweaked logo represents how Tech Mahindra’s 130,800+ associates had adjusted to the crisis and were meeting the organisation’s commitments to keep critical systems running for their global clients that include governments, public sector institutions, healthcare institutions and leading service companies.

“Our focus continues to be on ensuring the safety and well-being of our associates, partners and customers, while continuing to keep mission-critical systems working for our global clients,” adds Mr Gurnani.

With the recent outbreak, Tech Mahindra has taken all necessary preventive measures to ensure the wellness and well-being of its associates. “Employees are our biggest asset, and their health and safety are our top priority,” says Harshvendra Soin, Tech Mahindra’s Chief People Officer. The company’s investment in digital collaboration tools over the years combined with its culture of working remotely has enabled Tech Mahindra to be prepared for this large-scale separation of people from their workplaces.

The Mahindra Group’s core purpose and values drive the Tech Mahindra culture, which remains rooted in the business and social ethos of Mahindra Rise. “At Tech Mahindra, we Rise up to meet the challenges,” continues Mr Soin. “The three tenets – accepting no limits; alternative thinking; and driving positive change – keep us strong and resilient. Our new logo symbolises our spirit of resilience and the fight for the greater common good. It perfectly balances the sense of optimism and the need for caution that will help us weather these tumultuous times.”
