Mahindra Celebrates Global Service Excellence by Showcasing Top Technicians.

The League of Champions (LOC) Season 4, which was held from 22nd – 26th February 2026, is Mahindra’s global skill competition that brings together the finest technicians, service advisors and parts professionals from across its worldwide partner network. Organised by the FEB – International Operations (IO) team, the initiative celebrates technical expertise, dedication to service and the relentless pursuit of excellence that defines Mahindra’s aftersales ecosystem by way of a global competition. Now in its 4th edition, LOC continues to serve as a platform where service professionals test their capabilities and strive to raise the benchmark of customer support across markets.

This edition witnessed the highest participation so far, with 850+ participants representing 29 countries and 66 distributors, reflecting the expanding scale and impact of the competition. The presence of women participants further strengthened the diversity of the global Mahindra service community.

LOC Season 4 recognised professionals who think differently, challenge limits and set new benchmarks through their skill and dedication. More than a competition, the LOC is a platform that celebrates capability and commitment. Participants progressed through four stages of competition (L1: Distributor, L2: Country, L3: Zonal and L4: Global) demonstrating technical expertise, problem-solving ability and a relentless focus on customer service. At the culmination of this journey, 26 outstanding performers emerged as champions, marking the largest group of winners in LOC history.

The road to the finale also offered participants an immersive glimpse into Mahindra’s manufacturing excellence. Team Mahindra visited the plant in Zaheerabad, while Team Swaraj explored the plant at Mohali, near Chandigarh before both groups converged for the final celebration.

With every edition, the League of Champions continues to strengthen Mahindra’s global service ecosystem.
