Outstanding Company Of The Year At IBLA 2026

Mahindra & Mahindra was honoured with Outstanding Company of The Year at the India Business Leadership Awards (IBLA) 2026. Receiving the award, Dr Anish Shah said the company’s success is rooted in Chairman Anand Mahindra’s vision – that has helped build the Mahindra Group into a global enterprise. Shah added that the group’s purpose-driven foundation and the strength of its team remain the secret behind Mahindra’s continued growth and resilience.

Business Today India’s Best CEO 2026

From its founding philosophy rooted in dignity of labour and meritocracy to its modern transformation across automotive, IT, and electric mobility, the conversation explores how purpose has consistently driven performance. He explained why Mahindra places purpose ahead of profit, how trust across stakeholders fuels long-term success, and why agility, bold thinking, and collaboration have become the group’s core behavioural pillars.  
 He also took home the India’s Best CEO 2026 award.
