Gyaanotsav 2024: A Techventure into the Digital Future

Digital game, informative videos, expert speaker sessions – the week was packed with learning and fun.

Keeping with the spirit of the theme this year, the digital learning week included exciting micro learning series, short informative videos, digital games, modules and virtual expert speaker sessions. The week-long event commenced with the launch of Gyaanotsav Tales, an engaging micro video series. The story followed Rahul and Anjali, a mid-aged couple navigating their struggles with advanced workplace technologies, guided by their daughter’s robot, Chitti. Each daily episode set the tone for the week with themes such as technology awareness, mindset, experience, adoption and exploration.

Complementing the storytelling were the ‘Well of Wisdom’ microlearning videos, which delivered bite-sized insights on future-ready technologies like AI, ML and Blockchain. The initiative saw significant engagement, with over 14,000+ views on the Gyaanotsav Tales and ‘Well of Wisdom’ videos.

Gamification added a fun twist to the learning week. Over 3600+ employees took part in Funtektics, a series of mobile games designed to be fun yet educational. While Module Mania featured informative modules on building digital mindset and digital dexterity completed by 14000+ employees across FSS.

The highlight of the week was the expert-led sessions: ‘AI Prompt ke Badshah’ by Johnathan Joshi, CEO of Eduvance and the ‘AI Masterclass’ by Bhuwan Lodha, the CEO of Mahindra AI and Devendra Sharnagat the SVP at Mahindra AI. The ‘AI Prompt ke Badshah’ session focused on utilizing prompts at work for increasing efficiency and highlighting the ethical importance of not sharing sensitive information. The AI Masterclass shed light into the fascinating work done by the organisation to incorporate artificial intelligence through Mahindra AI.

Fully digital and highly engaging, Gyaanotsav 2024 underscored the organisation’s commitment to fostering a future-ready workforce through an innovative learning initiative.
