As the lights dimmed and audiences settled in, Dr Anish Shah Group CEO & MD, Mahindra Group took the centerstage at the Group Communications Meet. Setting the tone for the day, Dr Shah began his session with the famous quote: “You're never given a dream without also being given the power to make it true” by Richard Bach, Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah.

He spoke in detail about the roadmap set in 2021, the pivot to growth from 2022-2024 and how this was possible due to the hardwork, perseverance and performance of every Mahindra associate.

Dr Shah’s key message to the teams include:

THINK BIG…And mount them on reality. Work towards acquiring resources, talents and people who will help you achieve BIG.

EXECUTE FLAWLESSLY…We have grown 25% annually without any acquisition. This comes from executing what we do without flaw, continue creating flawless process, products and services.

As we look ahead, he urges the Group to continue delivering scale with operational excellence; lead growth with technology and stay focussed on the what’s important and do it with impeccable value.

Setting the wheels in motion, Dr Shah’s session was followed with a more in depth conversation on AI, machine learning, data crunching and all things technology by various teams.
