As part of their CSR initiative Mahindra ESOP team organised a beach clean-up drive post the festivities. The drive saw participants across all businesses.

On September 28, Mumbai-based Mahindra offices came together to clean the Dadar Beach, Mumbai. Over 100 volunteers across all offices took part in the drive with an objective to help reduce marine pollution and raise awareness about its hazardous effects of pollution on marine life. The drive was taken up in association with ConnectFor, volunteering platform. The team worked tirelessly from 3:30 to5:30pm.

Organised by the Mahindra Group CSR Team, Mahindraites demonstrated their commitment to environmental care wherein they braved the weather and worked tirelessly to remove 1315+ kgs of plastic, cloth and other waste left behind after the recently concluded festivities. The passion for preserving the environment was evident among the volunteers as they collectively stepped up to make a difference towards Dadar Beach's cleanliness rain or shine.

The drive saw participation from across companies – employees from Auto and Farm Division - Kandivali Office, Tech Mahindra Ltd., Mahindra Susten, Mahindra Logistics Ltd., Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd., Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd., Mahindra Rural Housing Finance Ltd., Bristlecone, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. (MHRIL), Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd (MIBL), Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions (MIBS), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL) and Group Corporate Office.
