Swaraj organises 'Walk for More Equal World'
Swaraj hosted 'Walk for More Equal World' at Sukhna Lake, Chandigarh drawing over 500 participants, including employees and their families. Led by CEO, Harish Chavan and Swaraj Executive Council members, the event aimed to raise awareness about climate change and workplace inclusivity. The primary objective of the walk was to advocate for environmental conservation and promote inclusivity within the workplace aligning with Mahindra's ethos of "Together We Rise." Swaraj takes pride in its diverse workforce, with women and specially-abled employees actively contributing across divisions. The walk advocated for environmental conservation and showcased Swaraj's commitment to equality and opportunity. In a recent interview with CNBC TV 18 and The Economic Times, Amit Kumar Sinha, MD and CEO, Mahindra Lifespaces, sheds light on the company’s commitment to growth with sustainability initiatives. Mr. Sinha elaborated on the concept of net-zero buildings, emphasising three crucial elements: net-zero energy, net-zero waste and net-zero water. He explained that by employing innovative design strategies and incorporating renewable energy sources like solar panels and windmills, buildings can significantly reduce their energy consumption. Swaraj Tractors launches ‘Josh Ka Swaran Utsav’
Swaraj Tractors commenced a nationwide campaign ‘Josh Ka Swaran Utsav’ coinciding with the brand’s 50th anniversary. Through the campaign, Swaraj Tractors aims to pay tribute to Indian farmers instrumental in the brands success, while introducing Swaraj’s new range of tractors - ‘Naya Swaraj’ to forge stronger connections with farmers across the country. Mahindra Lifespaces acquires land parcel in Whitefield, Bengaluru
The land will have ~1.2 million square feet of FSI potential and a Gross Development Value of ₹ 1700 Crore, primarily comprising mid-premium residential apartments. The site is in the vibrant hub of Whitefield in Bengaluru, offering access to tech parks, commercial spaces, and well-developed social infrastructure, including educational institutes, healthcare facilities, and retail stores in proximity. Additionally, the land is close to the Whitefield Hope Farm Metro station, which offers excellent connectivity to central and south Bengaluru.
