The Mahindra Group and MLU (Mahindra Leadership University) have been honoured with three prestigious awards at the recent ETHR Future Skills Awards by the Economic Times HR World. Demonstrating its excellence in the field of learning and development, the Group secured Silver in two categories: Excellence in Learning Tech Implementation and Best Learning Experience and Gold in the Future L&D Leader category, proudly received by Sagar Radhi from Bristlecone, who is part of the Talent Development & CSR – People and Culture team.

These accolades show the Mahindra Group's exceptional work in Learning Experience Platform (LxP) implementation and the innovative engagement strategies that have driven platform utilisation over the years. They serve as a testament to the hard work, commitment, and forward-thinking initiatives that the learning teams across the Group have executed, significantly contributing to the company's success.
