Lifespaces is aiming for ₹45000 Crore in revenue over five years, focusing on Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru for premium and mid-segment projects while completing affordable housing under Mahindra Happinest. They also plan expansions in Jaipur and Chennai and a built-to-suit (BTS) warehouse venture with Actis Private Equity, with a ₹200 crore investment for 3-4 million sq ft over three years. Read more
