  • Conducting monthly sessions and orientations for new joinees.

  • Organising virtual/in-person sessions and Q&As to demonstrate the platform's features.
  • Recording sessions for later viewing.
  • Using MySeva posters and banners as laptop/desktop wallpapers.
  • Sharing success stories and testimonials from employees who have already used MySeva.
  • Sending periodic email reminders about volunteering opportunities and new features.
