Mahindra Finance celebrated the spirit of inclusion with Spectrum from October 9-13, 2023. Spectrum aims to create awareness around diversity, inclusion and the importance of breaking stereotypes. During this week-long event, the focus was on increasing awareness, confronting stereotypes, and reiterating Mahindra Finance’s dedication to establishing a workplace where each employee experiences a sense of belonging and appreciation.

Diversity, equity, and inclusivity are key elements of Mahindra Finance's growth journey. Throughout the week, employees participated in a range of activities, including quizzes, e-learning modules, art contests, and a special drums session led by Raj Jain, a professional singer and music composer with partial vision impairment. Their participation earned them the title of Inclusion Champions.
