Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL) has a reputation for hiring a diverse workforce, which makes all Mahindraites proud. The company’s ‘operation sites’ in Nashik and Kandivali top the chart in terms of diversity, followed by Ranchi and Vijayawada.

The company's tangible and proactive policies have helped them achieve a diversity ratio of over 15% across all sites, demonstrating MLL’s commitment to the ‘Diversity & Inclusion’ agenda.

De-genderisation of roles

Acceptance of gender diversity within the company has done wonders for MLL. The Chakan (Pune) warehouse currently has a 12-person all-women team, and their success in this role has encouraged MLL to hire more women across all its warehouses in India.
