In a compelling and eye-opening video, Mahindra Lifespaces is proud to showcase the indomitable spirit of the all-women Graduate Engineering Trainees. Tackling common sexist misconceptions head-on, the graduate engineering trainees were invited to play a game of 'Never Have I Ever,' where their batch met the Civil Engineering batch of 2022.

The questions raised, shed light on the challenges faced by women in the field, from being called 'sir' to being actively discouraged from on-site jobs. As the women respond to each question, promptly stacking blocks in agreement, it becomes evident that they have encountered numerous biases. However, their unity and unwavering determination prevailed. Breaking the pile of blocks together, they demonstrate that no bias could stop their 'Rise' to success.
