As we dedicate this month to the women of Mahindra, whom we look up to every day, we take a look at the various Women’s Day activities at the Automotive Division and across our manufacturing plants. Having a strong women workforce across multiple business verticals, Mahindra Group ardently believes in diversity and inclusion, women empowerment and equality that forms an integral part of the organisation’s work culture.
Here’s a glimpse of how we reiterated the principle of being an inclusive workplace by #BreakingTheBias.
Sharing inspiring stories
In order to mark this occasion, we launched a series of SHERO stories a week prior to International Women’s Day. Our colleagues shared 25+ SHERO stories over three days.
Thanking our superwomen and their loved ones
Family members of over 240 women employees across the Auto Division received a special personalised message on March 8, 2022.
A heartfelt greetings mailer was also sent to all our Auto Sector women colleagues on International Women’s Day. The mailer had photographs collated from all businesses to create a personalised collage.
Taking the pledge
The leadership team at Mahindra Auto Finance called upon people to pledge to break stereotypes and uplift one another, irrespective of gender, to make the businesss more inclusive, increase women hires and create tailor-made career paths.
Women employees of Auto Finance also came together to celebrate the spirit of womanhood.
