Meanwhile, the Dare2Compete Awards 2021, published in the April 2021 edition for Forbes India, released The D2C Campus Employer Branding Report (CEBR) 2021, where Mahindra is rated 3rd (by Premier 10 B-schools) and 4th (by Premier 30 B-Schools) as "Dream Companies to work for 2021" under the General Management Profiles.

The D2C Campus Employer Branding Report (CEBR) 2021 released at the Dare2Compete Awards 2021 awarded companies in the category of “Dream Companies to work for 2021” across various categories. These were based on survey responses from 7,272 B-School and E-School students, which revealed attributes of their desired job profile, the sector they’d like to work in, along with their concerns regarding career opportunities in the COVID-19 era.
