A round up on Mahindra Group’s CSR initiatives across the board
Let’s Play Soccer with Nanhi Kalis
On 14th February 2026, Dadar, Mumbai, turned into a vibrant playground of energy, laughter, and unstoppable spirit as volunteers from Mahindra Group celebrated Sports Day with the girls from Project Nanhi Kali.

A spirited 60 Nanhi Kalis teamed up with 60 Mahindra volunteers for a series of friendly football matches that were about far more than just scoring goals. They were about connection, confidence, and pure joy on the field.
The matches were a beautiful display of enthusiasm and growing skill. The girls brought determination and teamwork to every pass and every cheer. Guiding the day were Game Changers Dimple and Chetna from Project Nanhi Kali - trained football coaches with over five years of experience. They led energizing warm-ups, mentored the teams, and ensured both volunteers and Nanhi Kalis sharpened their football skills while having an absolute blast.
But beyond the whistle blows and winning shots, the real triumphs were deeper. For many Nanhi Kalis, playing alongside corporate volunteers was a powerful reminder that they are supported, encouraged, and capable of achieving big dreams — both on and off the field.
Because sometimes, the biggest victories aren’t measured on the scoreboard. They are seen in confident smiles, high-fives, and the courage to play bold.
Supporting our rakshaks – Honouring frontline heroes across India
As part of Mahindra Logistics CSR initiative, the company carried out the Rakshak Sahay initiative to extend its gratitude to police personnel across India. MLL deeply values and understands the unwavering dedication of frontline heroes who serve tirelessly — through harsh weather, festivals, and emergencies — to keep the communities and streets safe and secure.
So, under this CSR initiative the MLL team carried out several initiatives to showcase their support, this include:

Distribution of raincoats: 437 police personnel in Guwahati and Mumbai were supported during the monsoon season. This initiative was enabled by 39 employee volunteers, contributing 85 ESOP hours.
Distribution of safety reflective jackets: A total of 940 reflective jackets were distributed to police officials across 15 locations in Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, with the support of 144 volunteers contributing 925 ESOP hours.
Distribution of winter jackets: Recently, 140 winter jackets were distributed to Haryana police officials in Luhari, Tauru, and Jhajjar, to support them during the winter season.
This initiative aligns well with the Group’s vision of driving positive change through collective action.
