M&M Ltd. announces its overall auto sales
Overall auto sales for the month of March 2024 stood at 68413 vehicles, a growth of 4%, including exports. In the Utility Vehicles segment, Mahindra sold 40631 vehicles in the domestic market, a growth of 13% and overall, 41161 vehicles, including exports. The domestic sales for Commercial Vehicles stood at 20930. Mahindra Auto ends the financial year F24 on a positive note with Mahindra PikUps crossing 2 Lakh units during the year, which is the highest ever for any commercial vehicle in the load segment in India. Farm Equipment sector announces its overall tractor sales
Domestic sales in March 2024 were at 24276 units. Exports for the month stood at 1748 units. The government’s announcement of increased advance estimate of horticulture production and a higher output for the Rabi wheat crop, than last year, is expected to bring positive sentiments among farmers. Forecast of a normal South -West monsoon this year is expected to further boost tractor demand in the coming months. Read more

MASPL launches strategic relationship with Airbus Atlantic
Mahindra Aerostructures Pvt Ltd (MASPL) and Airbus Atlantic have signed a multi-year contract for the manufacture and delivery of metallic components and small assemblies, for the entire Airbus commercial aircraft family, including the best-selling A320 family. Under the contract, worth approximately USD100m, MASPL will supply close to 2300 varieties of metallic components to Airbus Atlantic in France from its manufacturing base in India. The contract adds to existing MASPL programmes to deliver parts directly to Airbus at their facilities in France and Germany. Read more
