The Rise with Pride ERG

In a remarkable stride towards fostering an inclusive culture and embracing diversity, a significant announcement has been made within the Mahindra Group. The first-ever Employee Resource Group (ERG) representing LGBTQIA+ associates, #RiseWithPride, has been recently launched. With the aim to promote professional growth, connection, and empowerment, this trailblazing initiative marks a significant stride towards a workplace that cherishes the diverse talents and contributions of all individuals.

The event

Amidst anticipation and excitement, the Group Diversity Council, ERG members, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) champions, and HR leaders recently convened for a closed event. The gathering, consisting of around 30 passionate individuals, witnessed insightful conversations and the initiation of proactive measures to address challenges and concerns surrounding the LGBTQIA+ communities —topics that have often been overlooked or underrepresented.
