M&M Ltd. ties up with Practo for employee health and wellness plans

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.), one of India’s leading automotive companies, recently announced that it has partnered with Practo, India’s leading integrated healthcare company, to empower its Auto & Farm Sectors employees and their family members with signature corporate health and wellness plans.

The health plans will provide convenient, affordable, and 24X7 access to high-quality care. From online consultations with verified doctors across 23+ specialities (including general physician, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Gynaecology, Pediatrics), preventive health check-ups and conducting general healthcare sessions to meet pharmaceutical needs (across 250+ cities), these health plans are specially crafted keeping in mind the demands of working professionals.

This partnership underpins the government’s vision to take the country and its people towards a digital future that fosters greater connectivity and a more efficient healthcare system. More people can be taken into the fold of quality advanced medical care by enabling an omnichannel approach to deliver care. To successfully drive this initiative and help ensure optimal outcomes, Practo will be closely working with M&M to extend its support through different stages – from onboarding to sharing utilisation insights.
