The first edition of Ethics Week saw a series of video bytes from leaders, awareness sessions and fun activities and recognitions.

Since inception, Mahindra Group has stood for many things that money can’t buy. The most important being its reputation. Mahindraites work each day to build a reputation of trust and honesty, and as an organisation we expect to stand by our core values by doing the right thing especially when no one is watching! To commemorate this, the group organised its first-ever Ethics Week from October 7 to 11, 2024 with an object to lay emphasise the significance of strengthening the ‘Ethical Culture’ at Mahindra. The week entailed leadership perspectives through videos and quotes from leaders, awareness building sessions on our Code, Conflict of Interest, ABAC, POSH and Gifts & Entertainment, various training sessions curated for all employees, specific committees like POSH ICC etc.
