The Megaphone boomed once more. This time with our dear host Sanjay Gawde, CHRO Mahindra Logistics facing Manish Sinha, the CHRO of Mahindra Finance

The second edition of Megaphone saw the duo chatted about initiatives taken to establish an inclusive workforce, about the Group Diversity Council and touched upon mental health – and, obviously, how to make it better. For me, yours truly Echo, what resonated the most was Manish Sinha's clear message of what inclusiveness is: "It is all about celebrating uniqueness and individuality & respecting individual perspectives, cultures and belief systems. That aside, inclusiveness is making sure that the person feels respected for whatever he or she brings to the table; your workplace should be a safe place for people to express themselves. Your workplace should make you feel secure, provide you the right opportunities to grow and give you a voice to voice-over your thoughts and ideas, and be heard.”
