In a momentous event, Harish Chavan, CEO of Swaraj Tractor Division, M&M, was honoured with the prestigious 'Business Leader of The Year Award - 2023' by Times Group Magazine's 'The Machinist,' acknowledging his outstanding contributions to the manufacturing industry. The award was presented by Balwantsinh Rajput, Industries Minister of the Gujarat Government, during a grand ceremony held in Ahmedabad.

As part of the award function, Harish Chavan participated in a panel discussion on the evolution of the manufacturing sector, ‘Ease of doing business to ease of living: How the manufacturing sector has evolved for the workforce.’ He shared his insights on India's tremendous potential to seize the ‘China plus-one’ opportunity and emphasised the sector's remarkable transformation.
