Every year, we celebrate October 2 as Founders’ Day, and this year was particularly special, not just because we turned 76 but also because we saw the Mahindra spirit shine and ‘Rise’ above the challenges caused by the pandemic.

In a tribute video, senior leaders of the organisation unanimously dedicated this very special day to Covid-19 warriors, showering the highest praise on them.

That’s not all. The 2021 Founders’ Day tribute video culminated with a stunning montage of Mahindra’s reach across countries, industries and communities, compiled to the catchy and motivational ‘Chale chalo’ song sung by our very own FES Nagpur Plant musical ensemble.

The tribute video had inspiring messages from other senior leaders including Anish Shah, MD and CEO - M&M Ltd.; CP Gurnani, MD & CEO - Tech Mahindra; Rajesh Jejurikar, Executive Director - Auto and Farm Sectors; SP Shukla, Group President – Defence, Aero and Agri; and Ramesh Iyer, Vice Chairman and MD, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services.
