Born in the tough pre-Independence era, the Mahindra Group is resilient and more capable of weathering crises than others, noted Mr. Ruzbeh Irani, President, Group HR & Communications. Today, the Group is present across 100+ countries, in several different business sectors.

The Mahindra Group has planned a series of fun activities that will run throughout the year. These are meant for employees and their families to celebrate the Group’s Diamond Jubilee with joy. Service with a Smile

While saluting the Rise spirit that has enabled the Group to soldier on during the pandemic, Mr. Irani also took a moment to acknowledge the 92,000 employees who clocked 3.3 million hours in volunteering during the previous financial year. “It is only fitting that the Mahindra Group is dedicating the coming year to the ‘Spirit of Service’, pledging 750,000 hours of community service,” he said.

Mr. Irani also announced the launch of MySeva, the Spirit of Seva platform, which allows employees to share their stories of service and encourage others to volunteer. All Mahindra employees will be able to access the portal through — spirtofservice.mahindra.com.

Rise to the Beats

The Mahindra Rise Up Project was launched with the help of a music video by Clinton Cerejo, Bianca Gomes and Jizzy Ricardo. The catchy song and fabulous choreography helped underline what the ‘Rise Up’ project is all about. But the fun part and the challenge?
