This award, from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), validates the Group’s commitment towards transparent and ethical practices with stakeholders. Held on January 10th, 2020, the award was received by Narayan Shankar, Company Secretary. M&M Ltd.
These awards started in 2001 by the ICSI recognise best governed companies in India. Among the criteria, is their efforts in implementing innovative practices and programmes to promote corporate governance.
