Defence Goes Digital

Tech Mahindra reseals its strong foothold as a leader in the digitization space. It will design and build digital solutions for Bharat Electronics Limited, the defence public sector undertaking (PSU). Both companies signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the recently held DefExpo 2020 in Lucknow to jointly develop solutions for the armed forces using the latest technologies in Aerospace and Defence (A&D) Engineering services, 5G and cyber security.

BEL’s clientele include various arms of the country’s defence forces, the judiciary and various government departments. Tech Mahindra, which represents the connected world, offers innovative, customer-centric IT services, enabling enterprises to Rise.

Additionally, Tech Mahindra has also entered into a partnership with Honeywell, a Fortune 100 tech-giant, to build ‘Factories of the Future.” The two companies will leverage digital transformation, 5G, Industry 4.0 and engineering capabilities to help the manufacturing industry to scale-up faster.
